Delivery Server will not connect

I'm a new customer, and when setting up our first delivery server I am getting the following error message: https://www.screencast.com/t/J1lKg9t0ZBt

It says "Timed Out", but I know the SMTP server credentials are correct as I have another mail client successfully connected with the same credentials. So I cannot figure out why it is not connecting here.

Tell me how to privately share my Mailwizz login details with you and I'll gladly do so.
