I am facing the same problem after upgrade the panel, have also clear the cache with command but still error remains the same

Did you get any errors during the upgrade process?
Did you do the upgrade from the command line or web interface?
From which version did you upgrade?
Can you look into the database and see if your mw_delivery_server table has a column called warmup_plan_id ?

Can you look into the database and see if your mw_delivery_server table has a column called warmup_plan_id ?
I think no column for warmup_plan_id, refer attached screen shot for your reference

Thanks for the update, it seems you will have to run the upgrade sql queries from phpmyadmin directly.

Is there any video to be followed to do this activity, as currently we don't have any IT person to do so
