Deploying Large Campaigns

Hi everyone,

I'd love to know how others are managing large campaigns. For example, I have a prospect list of roughly 16,000+ opt-in contacts. Since I've been using MW (going on 2 months), I've had to split lists and create sublists to ensure that deliverability meets timing. However, I'm finding it rather tedious - this was a mechanical approach to taking care of it.

Can anyone share or suggest anything else? All feedback is appreciated.

Well for what it matters, emailing is a tedious process itself :)
I think the approach of having multiple smaller lists will work better than having one big list and gives you more control over the campaigns and stats.
Just my two cents.

Thanks. I've found that I've had to split subgroups into quantities of 500 max, meaning that sometimes I have 30+ subgroups :S
