Anyone who knows if there is a simple way for the main admin/backend to access the contents of this page?

We are building a EU VAT taxation handling plugin so I am a bit surprised to find that the main admin/backend do not have access to this info unless they impersonate the customer. Is there a way?
If not, are there any plans to have it changed so that it is available from the backend, @twisted1919 ?
(we can override this so it's not a real problem to us, but for the rest of the community it's probably a good idea)
