different domain than smtp provider

Can I send from a different email/domain than what is registered with my smtp provider?

For instance, mailgun domain information has DNS info set for domain1.com -- i'd like to use this mailgun account to process and send email but I want to send from domain2.com instead of what's registered with mailgun.

Basically, what I'm trying to do is add another sending server to split the processing load but I don't want to send from that domain name.

This doesn't depend on mailwizz, because mailgun for example will detect this and won't allow your emails.
So you either use another domain or another provider
