Disabling image upload and hosting

Hy guys,
Can i disable the upload image function?
A customer need to avoid image upload for internal question.

@nemesis82 - you mean for the file manager? You can, but this will disable it for all customers not just one... You can do it from ckeditor settings from backend > extend > ckeditor > settings.
