Does lists load from top to bottom ?

Hello,

When I make new list and import 1000 emails from my customers.txt file.
Does Mailwizz process these in same order from top to down, like they were on my customers.txt file ?

Question because I dont know when my postfix has stopped its activity.
Since my Centos 7 doesent have maillog file for some weird reason,
I dont know when postfix has stopped sending.
 
Yes, it should import line by line from the start of the file from the end of it.
You should google and see why you don't have a /var/log/maillog in your centos, it is not right to not have that, you need it for troubleshooting postfix.
