Domain Warm process Suggestions .

I have been trying to setup my own infra for quite long now .But again & again ,i am hitting the wall of spam .
So i am thinking to put my processes here ,i hope someone will be able to suggest some of things which might help me .

  1. SMTP MTA :: POWERMTA 4.5 & ZONE-MTA on different setup .
  2. Number of IPs :: 5
  3. Initial mails Per hour per IP:: 50(Started)
  4. List Management tool :: Mailwizz
  5. All the whitelist IPs || checked on the multiple tools for this .
  6. Domain Who-is is Public

Suggestions which i had implemented ::
  1. Removing List-Id Headers , Precedence Or Removing everything apart from Sender , Receiver & Feedback-ID .
  2. Trying to Send HTML creative as Image been split into multiple parts .
  3. Text to image Ratio been changed .
  4. Content transfer Encoding change for TEXT part & HTML part .
All this exercise been done on the Openers which been deduced from the platform which i am using currently for the marketing . So i am not using any list having SPAM traps Or bounce email id .

Suggestions I have left with ::
  1. Keep on sending the mails for regular period .
  2. Having Domain on which previous mails been done .

Process which been followed .

Initial mails on the clickers only , Sending generic content like news Or any trending videos .
Started with 500 emails been sent through out day .

Please do suggest which i should implement or any suggestion is most welcomed .

probably to high, see warmup schedules

you probably mean 'not blacklisted', but whitelist status is earned over time (see industry associations and their membership criteria), hard to maintain, and only if you use double optin (or certain transactionality)

Domain Who-is is Public
that only helps if things are in order, if not, then privacy makes it worse, so if there is no concern yet, it has no influence yet

done on the Openers
robots can be openers, or traps can open, since not all traps are passive, hence only home-grown DOI lists are truly trap free and are a defense against false accusations

As filters are getting more and more careful and users can complain easier and faster than ever,
attraction marketing (real home-grown list building) is becoming ever more important
(and anything unwanted, non-requested, unexpected, etc is quicker weeded out).
Even the strategy to avoid complaints as far as possible has its limits if not based on DOI.
Faster than your own list building might be cooperation (e.g. JVs), where lists are already DOI and warm.
