Dropped Email Retry Limit Reached

Hello,

I am getting an error from MailWizz that an email has been dropped and then shows a link to my mailwizz installation. I am currently using MailWizz to send outbound email and am unsure what is causing this error.
Any support would be appreciated.

That looks like a post back to mailwizz's endpoint for processing bounces.
Seems that the url where it tries to post is not accessible anymore. can you load that url in your browser address bar ?

I can not load that page, it shows a white screen. How can I temporarily disable mailwizz connection to my ESP?

Remove the webhook url from your account at the ESP

Anyway, i think best is to ask your ESP what exactly is the reason why they show you the message, they'll know to answer better.
