Email box monitor - unsubscribe at the domain level

The email box monitor is working great for unsubscribing people who reply but is there any functionality or trick to catch people who reply from a different email address e.g.

I send an email to info@domain.com but the reply asking for unsubscribe is from dave@domain.com? Currently I'm manually trying to look out for these but at volume it is hard to catch.

I guess this solution may also cause a problem if someone replies with a gmail.com account so would there be a way to exclude that?
