Email delivery is temporary disabled? Why?

I have enabled everything, but I do not understand, why do I get this message?
Other clients on the same platform, if they can send normally with the same server.

What could be the reasons why emails can not be sent?

I discovered what the error was, check the server that you have created and check for what kind of tasks it is intended:

Test email
Transactional
Camapaigns
All

If you want to save the problem quickly, choose All

Thanks that worked. For whatever reason one of my servers went inactive and could not get it back.
