email delivery settings / server performance

Hi all,

I'm using mailwizz 1.9.4
(hardware is Intel Xeon-D 2141I - 128GB DDR4 ECC 2133MHz - 2x SSD NVMe 1.92TB Datacenter Class Soft RAID)
-> sending are done with a powermta in another server.

My case :
Im sending 250 campaign / day

What's the best setting for delivery server ?

Actually, I'm using these settings :

Adjust campaignsatonce : Yes
Campaignatonce : 5
Subscribersatonce : 100
Sendatonce : 0
Pause : 10
Emailperminute : 0
Parallel sending : yes
Campaignin parallel : 5

I allready have read this documentation :

BUT i hope to obtain your skilled proposal ;)

I don't think the above settings are efficient.
Loading 10k emails from database at once a single time is a heavy process. Doing it 400 times is even heavier.
I'd limit that to at most 500.
Campaigns in parallel to 20, this only helps if you have so many campaigns to run at once, i would also lower this down to 5.
For subscriber batches, you can then increase it to something like 30.

I've to process about 500 campaign (with 20.000 contact for each)
-> my powermta (smtp) is able to receive all of them in few hour.

Then, how to configure mailwizz to push all of these campaign in less time as possible ?

can you explain us different between ''sending" & "processing" ?
Sure, sending is when the campaign awaits to be processed, that is, selected for actual sending. Then, when selected and before first email goes out, the status is changes to processing until the current batch is over, when the status is changes back to sending.
