Just thought I would clarify the purpose of this as I had to ask @twisted1919 and rather than everyone asking him, I thought I'd put it here

Essentially this tool will allow you to connect to an inbox and find emails which contain either an email address or subscriberID and then perform an action on them, like unsubscribing them. Pretty awesome tool, thank you @twisted1919
