Email marketing with permission from a large list

Currently I have a list of thirty thousand records and I want first of all to ask permission to send emails. I saw that mw includes a form where people can sign one by one, but how to do this wealth of contacts? Is there any way to give everyone an application?

I hope my question is not something silly.

Why not simply send them a campaign in which you ask them to unsubscribe if they don't want to be part of your list anymore?
