Email not sending

Hi, i bought your plugin for my website and i did test run but is taking time to deliver mail and is not going. please what could be the problem with this issue?

Most likely you haven't added your cron jobs, you can look in backend > misc > cron jobs list, to see the list of cron jobs you have to add.
Otherwise, the article at https://kb.mailwizz.com/articles/my-campaigns-dont-send-theyre-stuck-in-pending-sending-status/ contains a list of possible issues and answers for this problem.

i have added the cron jobs. the mails are bouncing back. the mails i sent retuned back to sender.

Perhaps it is over the hostgator (websitewelcome) quota per hour.
