[EMAIL] tag changed - @domain replaced with @trackingdomain

Strangely when I include an EMAIL tag in my email content the domain part of the email is being replaced with the tracking domain. eg

john@domain.com becomes john@trackingdomain.com

Even stranger is the fact that this did not happen when the same email template was sent out just a few days ago.

Anyone have any ideas of the cause of this? Thanks...
 
My oversight. Case closed...

Appears that it is just my test email account that it is happening on:

eg ian@mydomain.com when mydomain.com is my sending domain. This address is the only one changed..
