Email Valditations

Hey there,

So I was just browsing around at CodeCanyon.
Looks like Twisted made a new plugin (http://codecanyon.net/item/mailwizz-ema-integration-with-kickboxio/13635169?s_phrase=&s_rank=187)

So my questions, when we should use these email validations and how much value customers will get using them?
When it makes sense to make valditations available for all of my customers?

I think these should mainly be used if you're sending emails through your own delivery servers, so that you can filter out non-existent emails and have a chance in plus to keep your delivery server ips clean.
On another hand you can also use them as a prefilter when sending with amazon(or any 3rd party service), so that you keep your sending reputation clean.

Okay, so pretty much it should be used for troublesome customers ?
Is there a way to add it to customer groups?

Okay Not the most critical thing, but it would be great addition in future.
