Embed features not working

Hi,
I have set from backend and allow the customer to select whether want to embed image or not.
And from customer site, I already select yes for the embedded images and when I blast out the campaign to my email (outlook) I still need to click download. Supposedly the image will shown automatically without need to click download right?

Check in Gmail or Yahoo, Hotmail or AOL. Outlook is notoriously odd.
