Enabled multiple list, but customer still unable to select multiple list?

I've already set multiple list, but on customer end, it still shows single select drop down.

How can I create a new campaign that can send multiple lists?

@mwjim - On Details tab you need to click on Add new list and/or segment and them you will be able to add a new list.

@mwjim - please make sure you're not using a customer which is under a customer group and which might have different settings.
