Error 500! CDbCommand failed to execute the SQL statement

Hi, I got this error when trying to upgrade from version 1.3.8.5 to 1.3.9.8:

CDbCommand failed to execute the SQL statement: SQLSTATE[42S22]: Column not found: 1054 Unknown column 'last_login' in 'field list'

Please help...

@Emilio Fuentes - Just empty or remove the apps/common/runtime/cache folder, this will regenerate the caches and the error will go away.

I removed the cache folder but it gives the same error...
