Error 500

Hi.
I'm trying to filter:

List > All or Any
and
Campaigns Action > Did Open
and/or
Campaigns > All or Any

but it is impossible with this error:
"Error 500!
Active record "AllListsSubscribersFilters" is trying to select an invalid column "COUNT(DISTINCT(t.email))". Note, the column must exist in the table or be an expression with alias."

How to manage this situation ?

Unzip attached and put in apps/customer/models to override the file with same name.
