Error on dashboard

Hi i just got new account with mailwizz and trying to install on my server after all steps and cron job i am getting this message on dashboard
The "hourly" command did not run in the last 1 day. Please check your cron jobs and make sure they are properly set!
The "daily" command did not run in the last 2 days. Please check your cron jobs and make sure they are properly set!

and also when i am trying to open customer account there is an error
Error 500!
The directory "/www/wwwroot/mailsquare.in/marketing/apps/common/runtime/mutex" is not writable.

what to do now ?

@zawayavision just make sure that folder exists and that is chmoded to 0777 recursive.
