Error on the date

From the first time I installed mw, I've always had problems with the date (look at the picture below), I have exactly the time delay for a day.

I hope someone can help me fix this, I will be very grateful.

The records from there use UTC so is normal that they are a bit off. It's better this way than using the customer timezone which would confuse things a lot.
You can configure your user/customer account timezone to get the date/time showing your current time through the app except for that area of the dashboard.
 
I forgot to comment this: The time zone is correctly positioned for both the administrator account and for clients. (UTC-5). Despite the time zone placed the application does not take this hour.
 
Why can not you fix this for the dashboard? I see that for the rest, if it works well. What is the problem?
