Error: "The exec function must be enabled in order to perform backups!"

Trying to use the Mailwizz backup manager for the first time and getting this message "The exec function must be enabled in order to perform backups!"

Within WHM I have checked the php INI files for each version of PHP on our server, but none of them have the exec function disabled.

What am I missing here?

@Nash Ryker - this issue is caused by the hosting, which doesn't have this PHP function enabled. You should ask them to enable it for you.

@Nash Ryker - beside what @laurentiu said, Mailwizz checks if that function is enabled, and if it isn't, it shows that error, so that functions has to be disabled.
