I have a delivery server, a bounce server and an fbl server assigned to a customer. As part of testing the fbl process, I reported one of the messages as spam on yahoo.
Immediately I received a complaint from Yahoo on the desired email address in arf format. But, MW didn't process that email or unsubscribed the subscriber.
I ran the cron manually, but still no luck.
Can you please take a look ? I've shared my credentials via support ticket !
