Feedback loop servers

Hello,

Can you any one how Mailwizz categories Feedback loop servers
1. If Feedback loop server is assigned to user ( i think it will only check for that user subscribers)
2. If Feedback loop server not assigned to any user but System, then it will check all subscribers or how ?

and what is best way to define Feedback loop servers for users or for system ?

@AHK - FBL servers, same as Bounce servers, don't know for what customer they process. They parse all the messages from their mailboxes and based on the headers they find, they identify the campaign and the subscriber and take action against it.

So you mean i don't need to assign any Feedback loop server to any customer and it will check all subscribers & campaigns from all customers and do action against them ?

This is correct, just keep in mind that FBL reports will return to the domain of the email sender, so if the sender is abc@aaaa.com you then need follwing fbls: fbl@aaaa.com / abuse@aaaa.com / postmaster@aaaa.com
Because some providers will forward to abuse@ some at fbl@ and a small percent to postmaster@.
