Filter emails based on campaign data

I would like to have a filter just like MailChimp while sending campaigns.http://screencast.com/t/yDrwoinJwma

Options like send emails to people who have NOT opened a particular campaign

These options are available in mailwhizz but at the end of campaign that to as additional data. Is there a facility to send campaign to ONLY people who have not opened a particular campaign in past?

Those filters do exactly that. I think the fact that is says "Additionally, send to subscribers that:" gets you confused.
