Footer in Test Emails

Is there a way to make the footer show up in test emails?

I put the unsubscribe link and address in the footer, along with some other text, for my customers and then do not require them to add that into the emails themselves. But some new customers get confused when they test an email and don't see that in there.

@corey34 - no way to do this atm, nor we plan to make it happen.
The idea of email footers is to push something there for when offering the app as a free service, similar as what ElasticEmail is doing for example.
