Form builder can't create more than 15 inputs

As the title suggests when I try to add more than 15 inputs it simply deletes the last one I try to create/edit.

So a little extra information if you create a field manually on the table and go in and save (its at 16) it randomly (at least it looks random) deletes a field to bring the total to 15.

As far as i know, there's no limitation in mailwizz at all:

I don't know for mine if I go in and try and add number 16 it doesn't save I went in and manually added them to the database table but if I go in and save the form it will erase them all except for 15 of them.

Tried with 26 additional fields, 30 in total, all good.
What fields are you adding, and can you post the form/form builder page, who knows what we are overlooking?
