i add this line (define('MW_FORCE_DEBUG_MODE', true)
in file init.php
but after the add it show this error
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 72 bytes) in /var/www/clients/client0/web1/web/apps/common/framework/db/CDbCommand.php on line 518

ok, so now you go into ispconfig, find the php settings and adjust the variable "memory_limit" to say 256MB, then restart apache.

Did you restart apache after changing 'memory_limit'?
Also, can you show what phpinfo says (see mwz backend, miscellaneous)?

try with 256M as suggested before (you put 128M only, when your error already showed that this was not enough)
