Geo Opens Not displaying

So I have done all the recommended settings in order to have the Geo opens display for my campaigns but it still not working. I haave no more clue on how to troubleshoot this. Any suggestions. Please see screenshots.

@DrSnake - You'll get geo open statistics for future campaigns from the moment you have enabled the feature, for past campaigns, you won't have this data.
