Getting the error "GIVEUP" and no emails are going out.

I have been able to send emails before, but now getting a "GIVEUP" error.

I have added a personal SMTP server through my hosting account (I own the hosting company)

I have also added and verified Amazon SES and everything looks good there.

I have tried to send emails through both servers but get "GIVEUP" as the error and no emails go out.

I have sent to over 1000 email accounts and they all get the same error.

What could the issue be?
