Having issues with the Unsubscribe link

Hey guys, everything was working just fine, yesterday I was checking the clients statics, and I found 0 unsubscribe on all their last campaigns.
Then, I remembered. My server provider had an issue with their platform and it was reboot servers randomly.
since that day the unsubscribe link is not working.

can you please help me out ?

Does the unsubscribe link work on new campaigns?

What error are you actually getting, the link won't display or if you try to unsubscribe it doesn't actually unsubscribe them but says it has?
 
What do the apache (or whichever web server you are using) error.log & acccess.logs say? What about the application log?

That's just a bot trying to see if you have vtigercrm installed. Nothing to do with your issue. In the access logs you should be able to see when you access that link, you can check by your IP address to be sure it's you.

OK, you're using the unsubscribe-direct method. There are two ways to unsubscribe but for the life of me I can't find where that setting is! If you can find it change the method and see what happens. I've never used the direct method so not sure of its behaviour.
