[Help] How to import

I have turn on "CLI import enabled" and add cron, but i can upload file csv, but it can not import, i have await 3 hours but it can not import.

Please Help me.

Have you tried the file from the web interface import? Does it work from there at least?

I have used File (live import) and it work very good, but it not work File (queue import)

Ok, then maybe it's something wrong with the cron job, are you sure it's setup like the other ones?
have you tried running that from command line?
