Help with delivery settings?

Hey gang, I'm hoping someone can just check out these numbers to see if there's any more juice you think I could pull out of my setup. I'm running through SES, 30/sec. (just asked for an increase).

@Nick Thacke - The number of subscribers at once is too high, mailwizz works in batches and you just told it to load 10k records from database for each batch, which will be slow. My advice is to change that with 300 or 500 at most.
