I would like to have customers to use my email server and not rely on setup there server themselves. Is there a way to remove the server from customers control panel?
I no expert on this but I think I set this up on my website this way. In BACKEND >> Settings>> Customers>>Servers
You will find choices as to allow or not allow customers to choose email servers etc ...
To add to @Doug K you can also manage this from Backend > Customers >Groups which overrides the settings mentioned. You can add customers to a particular group and allow or disallow those customers a different setup than the main Backend > Settings > Customers.
