How do I select the time for the daily backup w/ Extension?

I really thought I had set this backup to early morning, but I had it confused with something else.

No way, no how, can we have backups run at midnight. I'm running a webserver and email server for a night club!! Midnight is peak time.

Please guide me on how to change this, and please don't make it difficult.
 
The backup extension hooks into the daily cron which runs once a day, as you said, at midnight.
But you can as well change the frequency of that cron and make it run at 5 AM for example.
So, instead of
0 0 * * * .... daily ...
make it
0 5 * * * .... daily ...
this way will run each morning at 5am
