I install as per the instructions. But the option for support tickets is not there. So i try to update it by uploading the update folder on the root file of mailwizz folder which contains the content of the latest folder. Nothing happens. Please let me know.
Thank you so much Rob. As in the demo of the Mailwizz, they display "Support Tickets", i thought it must be embedded through installation. I wasn't know about the Add-on.
