@twisted1919, I've tried to forward emails but those are not reflecting in the MailWizz. So is there anything extra I have to do?

Staff memberForwards feature might be misleading, keep in mind it only works when subscribers click the [FORWARD_FRIEND] tag, not when they forward from their email client.
