How may i add new permission option in subaccount

How may i add new permission option in subaccount:
i want to set permission like subaccount can access :-
For Lists:
1)All Lists
2)Own Lists
3)No Lists

same as Campaign
1)All Campaign
2)Own Campaign
3)No Campaign

When you create a sub-account, you can see there what type of permissions you can assign, those are the only ones currently possible.

That should be possible yes, but TBH I am not sure how much work would be to do it.
