How to Choose Delivery Servers for Sending Emails

Hi members,

I have added two SMTPs as Delivery Servers on Mail Wizz.

While creating a campaign, there is NO option to select the delivery server.

How can I select a specific delivery server while sending an email campaign?

Should I have to add same delivery servers in Customer area as well or what?

Any help would be appreciated!

Enable this option Backend > Settings > Customers > Servers > Can select delivery servers for campaigns , if your customer make part of group check this settings in that group

Is it necessary to add same delivery servers in customers area which I have already added in Backend area?

Plus, I not getting any option to select delivery servers while creating a campaign.

You don't need to add delivery server in customer area. To chose delivery server in campaign click "Show more options" button on Campaign setup step.
