How to Disable Link Header

How to disable this top header link? attached file
Or how to change the link?
Currently by default go to my admin page.

The link still cannot removed. User can view login system page.

@frm.mwz / @johnjeff - if you need that removed for good, the only way to do it is via css or javascript, to remove the element on page load.
