I upgraded Mailwizz 1.3.7.8 last week. but I like old version better.
How to downgrade to 1.3.7.2?

There's no way to downgrade, just to reinstall the older version.

It would, but things might break if you do so, i have never done it so i would advise against doing it.

Depending on how far into code you want to get, you can look into the update procedures and design the opposite steps, especially the database changes which happen from version to version, ie sql commands' opposites. But it might be wise to use a test install for this, until it works smoothly for each step and command.

That could be nightmarish mate, and I do not recommend you do this because in most cases updates are also modifying the database structure somehow and importing your newly structured database from the earlier version into an older installed version MW could seriously break your system and render it totally useless.
