How to increase value DeliveryServerToCustomerGroup?

Hi!
How can I increase this value? Now I can add only 990 delivery servers to customer group. But I want to add, for example, 2000 delivery servers.

This problem appears in admin area, when I try to add more, then 990 servers - http://prntscr.com/byoqwl I can check them all - http://prntscr.com/byos9p, but when I press "Save changes" - http://prntscr.com/byosn4 this page is refreshing, but I still have 990 delivery servers - http://prntscr.com/byoszf

Sounds possibly like it, check the timeouts and other sql settings.
