How to remove duplicates in entire email database , or any plugin to verify on a monthly basis ?

I have a query as mentioned below :
1) how to remove duplicates from entire email database from all lists ?
2) how to get monthly emails verified online itself ?
3) can we download entire email data ?

1) how to remove duplicates from entire email database from all lists ?

Mailwizz don't store duplicates in the same list, if you want to delete duplicates from all list that is no possible because how will determinate which subscriber need to be deleted if this is present in multiple lists?
If you want you can do this manually using Lists > Tools > Sync and select your primary and secondary list and then set: Action on duplicate subscribers > Delete from secondary list and this will sync these two lists and will delete all duplicates from secondary list which are present in primary list.

2) how to get monthly emails verified online itself ?

That is not possible.

3) can we download entire email data ?

You can download all subscribers from all lists from here: Lists > All subscribers > Filters > Export
