Hi

i want to ask for some customization help lets say. Please read below what i want to change so if there is any possible way to achieve that please let me know

My idea about that application is from the first view a powerful app, But for my opinion need some change in order to be more user friendly interface... What do i mean by that ? ok see my question please

1) in the screenshot i try to create a List with subscribers.... Some times if u have all the subscribers in a txt or excel file u dont need to fill all that staff .... U know them so i just need to create a list name maybe a description and the subscribers import with some way... thats it

2) Ok i have create my list so now i need to inport subscribers... I go to tools and with which tool i import the emails?... I got aonly those 2 http://prntscr.com/b36tay

3) is coming soon....

Hi twisted and thanks for your quick response... Yea ok ... there is nothing wrong but would be nice if in some cases users can not involve with that. So as i can see there is not any way i might bypass it ?
Yes in the second was my idiotic miss-search and i apologize for that. Thanks anyway.

I did make some tests but i see in the email received there is a [QUAR] tag in frond of the email title and i was wondering where that came from? I dont want my email titles altered by any way so is there any way to prevent it happen ?

Unfortunately no, as i told you, we have some rules to follow.

related to the [QUAR] tag. no idea, that's not from mailwizz for sure.
Is that an actual campaign or just a test?
Try sending an actual campaign to you and see.
 
i did create a new list with 10 recipients/subscribers and i create a campaign for that 10 emails for "test" lets say the system. All 10 people receive the email but with the same tag [QUAR] in frond of the email title
 
I have no idea what that is, for sure mailwizz does not add it.
You're using your own delivery server for sending?
Can you try sending an email at http://www.mail-tester.com/ and then check it to see if that appears there too? maybe is something that your email client adds.

Yes i do use my own server
Before that i did delete all and recreated new list with 4 recipients and an campaign... before i send it i try it the test mail function and i didnt got the [QUAR] tag..... please see the screenshot

My client is Microsoft outlook 2007 behind in-house Exchange 2003 that i manage and there is nothing set to produce that tag

Maybe that [QUAR] tag is from M$FT exchange (quarantine)?
