Hello,
Are you trying to programatically add the subscribers? Because I was trying to add a subscriber to your list and it worked without issues.

I don't know programatically i just watched videos and they did in the video it worked for them but not for me

Maybe folder permissions is not right on your server if you don't used redis for handling mutex lock.
