If We upgrade the version, need to new setup

Hi team,

We have purchased 4 software of mailwizz, we always face multiple issues to sending the email. I need answer of these questions.

1. How will upgrade the latest version?
2. If we upgrade the latest version then there will be need to integrate new setup again and again.
3. If we try to upgrade to the new versions to avoid the issues then data will be lost if we backup of the data then it'll be a big task to upload manually on the pannel.
 
1. How will upgrade the latest version?
You can do it manually as shown at https://www.mailwizz.com/kb/upgrade-steps/
Or you can enable auto-update from Backend > Settings > Common and the app will automatically update itself when a new version is available.

No, of course not.

3. If we try to upgrade to the new versions to avoid the issues then data will be lost if we backup of the data then it'll be a big task to upload manually on the pannel.
You always need to have a backup. While it is rare to break the upgrade process, it can happen and then only a backup can save your data.
BUT, if you allow auto-updates, then you should have no issues.
