I'm testing my autoresponder and it doesn't work for me

Hello, I am testing an autoresponder campaign; however, the email is not sent.

What could be missing in my configuration?
 
I have already corrected this issue; however, now when I reply from my Gmail account, I don't get the reply in my inbox it doesn't bounce.
