Import template from URL

What features / functions do I need to have enabled to get the import template from URL feature to work?

Right now, I enter the URL and it refreshs the page but the editor is blank and the content of the site does not load but I don't get any errors.

Please advise - thanks

It actually saves it, just refresh the page after you import from url.
The bug is that we didn't do a redirect to after the import, which is fixed now.
